The study of Noise Generation due to Turbulent Fluid motion or Aerodynamics affect is called aero acoustics, although due to non-linearity of governing equation, it is difficult to predict the sound production of fluid but still Aero-Acoustics provides such approximations and at the same time a definition of the acoustical field as an extrapolation of an ideal reference flow. The difference between the actual flow and the reference flow is identified as a source of sound.

The automobile industry is being encouraged by cost factors to improve fuel efficiency. The major factor that affects fuel efficiency is the aerodynamic design of the vehicles; that is, the vehicles with lower Aerodynamic Drag will get better efficiency, and reducing costs through lower fuel usage. The automobile industry has made great improvements in fuel efficiency by using Wind Tunnels to configure the best designs for Lower air Drag. The estimated costs for a heavy truck wind tunnel based on automotive Wind Tunnel Technology are quite high.

A turbine is a machine that transforms rotational energy from a fluid that is picked up by a rotor system into usable work or energy.
Turbines achieve this either through mechanical gearing or electromagnetic induction to produce electricity. Types of turbines include steam turbines, wind turbines, gas turbines or water turbines. Mechanical uses of turbine power go back to ancient Greece. The first wind wheels relied upon gearing and shafts to power machinery. Windmillsand water wheels are forms of turbines too and might drive a millstone to grind grain, among other purposes.

Fluid Flow is a part of fluid mechanics and deals with fluid dynamics. Fluids such as gases and liquids in motion are called as fluid flow. Motion of a fluid is subjected to unbalanced forces or stresses. The motion continues as long as unbalanced forces are applied. The flow continues as long as water is available. Fluid is a substance, such as liquid or gas that can flow, has no fixed shape and offers little resistance that has no external stress. Flow is defined as the quantity of fluid (gas, liquid, vapour or sublimate) that passes a point per unit time.

Hydraulics is the liquid equivalent to pneumatics, which concerns gases. Hydraulics is the theoretical foundation of fluid mechanics which focuses on the applied engineering using the properties of fluids. In its fluid power applications, hydraulics is used for the generation, control, and transmission of power by the use of pressurized liquids. Hydraulic topics covers some parts of science and most of engineering modules, and cover concepts such as pipe flow, dam design, fluidics and fluid control circuitry, pumps.

Any device that extracts energy from or imparts energy to a continuously moving stream of fluid (liquid or gas) can be called a turbo machine. The examples of turbomachine: windmills, waterwheels, ship propeller, hydraulic and gas turbines, pump and compressor.
The work principle of turbo machine: the energy transfer being carried out by the action of one or more rotating blade rows. The dynamic action of rotating blades sets up forces between the blades and fluid while the components of these forces in the direction of blade motion give rise to the energy transfer between the blades and fluid.

Overall Analysis
The Aerospace and Fluid Dynamics industries are fastest growing industries in European union, with the rising concerns of advance defence infrastructure, and steep growth of passenger traffic, air and water naturally becomes the hotspot to address these issues. It is expected that air traffic will grow at the rate of 4.8% annually, The Aerospace sector of European Union hence required to be ready to meet the rising demand which includes modernisation and fleet enlargement, innovation to decrease the environmental impact, and meets demand of new reckless markets. The European Aeronautic industry is a multitasked industry deals with development and manufacturing of wide range of products, such as aero engines, unmanned aerial vehicles, military and civil aircraft.
Aerospace industry needs efforts in R&D to maintain global competitiveness; hence foreign investors have exciting investment opportunities in aerospace sector specifically in R&D sector. The total turnover of EU aerospace sector is €128 billion with the highest spending in R&D, around 12% of turnover is invested towards R&D in aerospace industry. It is anticipated that there will be a demand for nearly 26,000 jet airlines and cargo aircrafts to meet the growing air traffic worldwide, hence the growth of the industry can be estimated easily. The EU has launched a Clean Sky initiative in 2008. It is public-private partnership worth € 1.6 billion which will help the industry to develop environmental friendly aircraft. To encourage FDI in Aerospace, the EU commission has asked member states to remove barriers for foreign investments in Aerospace sector so France government has followed the EU initiatives and encouraged FDI in aerospace sector; likewise UK doesn’t discriminate between domestic and foreign investors. This results in benefits through low tax rates to investors in this sector. The importance of air transportation is expected to grow at rapid pace with simultaneous increase in air cargo business.
Industrial scope
The European community is extensively involved in funding research and development for Fluid & Aerodynamics industries, today Europe fund a modest effort for these industries, underlining the socio-economic importance of the Civil Aircraft market to Europe. The importance of Aerodynamics in supporting the Aerospace market is recognised across Europe and is reflected in the level of investment going into the area at the corporate, national and European level. Similarly CFD has become a standard modelling tool widely utilised within industry, The International Review of Mathematical Sciences 2010 (IRMS 2010) highlighted the UK as a world leader.
Why Madrid?
Madrid is the capital city of the Kingdom of Spain. It is considered as the biggest region in both the Community of Madrid and Spain all in all and has a populace of right around 3.2 million with a metropolitan zone populace of 6.5 million. After London and Berlin, Madrid is the third-biggest city in the European Union and its metropolitan zone is the third-biggest after London and Paris. It lies on the River Manzanares in the focal point of both the nation and the Community of Madrid. As per Monocle magazine, Madrid is the seventeenth most liveable city on the planet. Madrid has present day framework and jam the look and feel of a considerable lot of its notable neighborhoods and boulevards and the historic points incorporate the Royal Palace of Madrid, the Royal Theater, the Buen Retiro Park, and so forth.Madrid is the political, financial and social focal point of the nation. The Monument images of the city are Cibeles Palace and Fountain.
Explore Madrid this November with Fluid & Aerodynamics 2019 and opportunity for Football fan to visits, Madrid as its most successful football club - Real Madrid CF in the world, and Madrid is only the city that had derby match in UEFA Champions League Final (2014 UEFA Champions League Final, 2016 UEFA Champions League Final). Madrid is home to La Liga football club giant Real Madrid, who plays their home, games at the Santiago Bernabéu. Their supporters are referred to as Madridistas or Merengues (Meringues). Real Madrid was selected as the best club of the 20th century (FIFA Club of the Century), being the current leader of the European teams ranking and the most valuable sports team in the world. Football is the popular sport, both in terms of participants and spectators, in Madrid.
The Madrid populace has expanded since the city turned into the capital of Spain in the mid-sixteenth century. The populace dropped from 1970 until the mid-1990s which thusly influenced other European urban communities was caused by the development of satellite rural areas to the detriment of the downtown locale inside the city appropriate. The conventional religion in Madrid is Roman Catholic. As the capital city of Spain, the city has pulled in settlers from around the globe. While Madrid has current framework, it has protected the look and feel of a significant number of its notable neighborhoods and boulevards. Its milestones incorporate the Royal Palace of Madrid; the Royal Theater with its reestablished 1850 Opera House; the Buen Retiro Park, established in 1631; the nineteenth century National Library building (established in 1712) containing some of Spain's authentic documents; a substantial number of national historical centers and the Golden Triangle of Art, situated along the Paseo del Prado and including three craftsmanship exhibition halls: Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía Museum, a gallery of current workmanship, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, which finishes the inadequacies of the other two galleries. Cibeles Palace and Fountain have turned out to be one of the landmark images of the city. Madrid is the most gone by city of Spain.
